Further Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Property plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Also contained in this new document drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling distinct areas of the property.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
